I Drift

Posted on 7:53 PM by jimmy
In this world led by humans
I seek the fruits of my actions,
Worshiping the gods in chaste,
For quick successes borne to my actions.

Purified by my penance,
Armed with new wisdom under god,
Beyond just hardwork and dedication,
Erasing anything deemed impossible.

My uncertanity, my instability, my insanity
Generated in nature by my knowledge,
In search of the truth and enlightenment,
Yet ignorant to ever know when I attain it.

Completely rid of desires,
My fears riddled by anger,
Wholly dependent on simple passions, I drift
From rational into a realm of abstracts.
